Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives, pipeline goals, and regional priorities.
Lead multi-channel programs across digital, webinars, CXO roundtables events, email, social, and 1-F ABM initiatives.
Drive end-to-end virtual programs including content, promotion, speaker management, and follow-up.
Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and regional teams for successful campaign execution.
Track and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, reporting, and ROI analysis.
Manage campaign calendars, messaging, agencies, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling campaign assets and customer-centric messaging.
Track marketing KPIs including engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or related marketing roles.
Proven experience developing and executing successful integrated campaigns across multiple channels for multi-million ($) businesses
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and customer journey orchestration.
Experience working closely with Sales and cross-functional global teams.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and reporting insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or customer experience industries.
Familiarity with ABM platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, email marketing, social media, and webinars.
Experience managing executive-level campaigns, customer programs, or strategic industry initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Experience managing regional or global marketing initiatives is a plus.
