Respond to Sales onboarding enquiries and troubleshoot questions fast.
Maintain onboarding documentation, FAQs and process updates.
Manage the Implementation Team SharePoint and keep content current.
Administer DocuSign access, templates and compliance requirements.
Support reporting, data requests and onboarding administration.
Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Strong admin and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator who can liaise across teams.
Resilient, positive and able to juggle competing priorities.
Customer-first mindset with a passion for making things simpler.
Experience using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SharePoint and DocuSign (or willingness to learn fast)
