Job Summary: Bird drivers play a critical role in ensuring our shared mobility services remain safe, reliable, and accessible for the communities we serve. The purpose of the driver role is to support efficient fleet operations by relocating, collecting, charging, and maintaining scooters so riders can depend on consistent availability and high service standards. Drivers directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and community trust by helping keep vehicles organized, functional, and compliant with local regulations. This role exists to help Bird deliver a seamless transportation experience that supports sustainable and convenient urban mobility.
