Responsibilities
- Call Management: Handle high-volume intake calls, prioritize, and dispatch using CAD systems
- Resource Coordination: Determine the appropriate level of care and coordinate transport activities with field EMTs

Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- 1 - 2 years of transportation dispatch experience (EMS dispatch preferred)
- Emergency Medical Technician - EMT experience
- Strong geographical knowledge of service areas
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in typing (40-45 WPM) and data entry experience
- Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software
