Indoor Sales / Customer Service Officer #82927

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations for tiles, mosaics, marble, and granite.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products based on design, usage, and budget.
• Prepare purchase orders and quotations based on customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to arrange and follow up on the delivery of goods.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Provide basic product information such as material types, sizes, finishes, and applications.
• Ensure showroom displays are neat, organised, and updated.
• Keep records of sales enquiries and customer information.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining good customer service standards

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or showroom environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for preparing quotations and updating records.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
