Your primary mission will be to transform complex data into actionable strategies that empower our Sales leadership and improve team performance. Key responsibilities include:
Data Analysis & Strategy
Identify business challenges and opportunities, using data analysis to provide strategic and tactical recommendations.
Evolve problem-solving frameworks, develop and test hypotheses, and lead the implementation of new solutions, including developing a monitoring plan.
Reporting & Performance
Own the process of reporting and analyzing sales pipeline, bookings, headcount, and productivity to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis to track sales quota achievement.
Drive the health of the business through performance monitoring, analysis, process improvements, and key insights.
Planning & Process Improvement
Provide critical analytical and administrative support for the annual planning process, specifically supporting the design and implementation of sales territory strategy.
Manage ongoing escalations and act as a key cross-functional point of contact, ensuring smooth operations.
Support various strategic sales operations projects.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or another STEM-related field at an accredited North American college or university.
Strong foundation in analytical thinking, financial modeling, quantitative coursework, or related academic experience.
Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and structured spreadsheet design.
Strong process development and technical writing experience, with the ability to document and improve workflows.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach, with strong accuracy when working with numbers and data.
Willingness to support a variety of projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise communication style.
Experience using AI tools to support data cleaning, analysis, and presentation of information (as applicable).
Previous internship or professional experience in finance, analytics, consulting, operations, or a related quantitative field.
Exposure to data analysis, financial modeling, or business intelligence tools beyond Excel/Sheets.
