Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and technical sales, to deliver solutions utilizing CAD, PLM, SLM, and other digital technologies.
Stay informed about life sciences regulations, such as FDA, EMA, and ISO standards, to guide clients on compliance and risk management strategies.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities by analyzing market trends in the life sciences sector, including advancements in precision medicine, biotechnology, and regulatory changes.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and communicate the value of digital transformation in life sciences.
Knowledge of industry-specific technologies, including CAD, PLM, SLM, and their applications in R&D, clinical trials, and supply chain management.
In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and ISO standards, and how they impact life sciences operations and strategy.
Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
Ability to adapt to complex sales cycles and strategically navigate large enterprise accounts.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on the life sciences sector.
Proven track record of managing and growing accounts within large, highly regulated organizations, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Experience in solution-based selling to address digital transformation and regulatory challenges in life sciences.
Familiarity with the life sciences industry, particularly medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel within the Americas as needed to engage with major life sciences clients.
