Support sales efforts across YMCA, Campus Rec, and Health Club customers
Travel regularly across a multi-state territory to build relationships and support customers (3+ days/week in the field)
Learn to position fitness solutions to both institutional and commercial buyers
Assist in tailoring communication to non-fitness decision-makers and multiple stakeholders
Navigate longer sales cycles tied to budgets and funding timelines
Participate in facility planning discussions and stay current on wellness trends
Build your presence in the market through networking and relationship-building
Requirements
1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
Interest in fitness, wellness, or community-based organizations
Comfort with frequent travel and managing a large geographic territory
Based in the Central Midwest region (e.g., Omaha, Des Moines, Kansas City greater areas)
