Requirements
Degree-level education with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience managing CRM platforms (including Salesforce) in a professional services environment.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how CRM drives client engagement and growth.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead change and collaborate globally.
Highly IT literate, proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced in managing and validating data.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and AI tools
