Instructional Design: Utilize instructional design, adult learning principles, and innovative strategies in the conception, design, and development of eLearning materials (both synchronous and asynchronous).
Training Facilitation: Plan, execute, and facilitate live training sessions as needed, in coordination with department leadership and People Experience.
Mentoring Training Coordinators
Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to Training Coordinators, helping to build skills including but not limited to: instructional design, training facilitation, content development, and learner engagement.
Serve as subject matter resource for Training Coordinators, addressing training-related inquiries and troubleshooting challenges.Offer regular feedback and guidance to Training Coordinators to support professional growth.
New Hire Onboarding and Training
Able to successfully support onboarding new hire cohorts every month by evaluating delivery and content of training through surveys and eNPS scores to measure effectiveness of the training.
Expected to maintain consistent availability, with particular reliability during new hire onboarding cohorts to ensure timely and effective training support.
Compliance & Quality
Assess training outcomes through metrics like participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and surveys after completion of each training session.
Prepare and administer knowledge checks written and proficiency tests.
Use data to refine programs and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modifications if needed.
Participates in and completes quarterly peer audits (or audits conducted at the agreed upon cadence) to ensure training quality, consistency, and alignment with departmental standards.
Maintain up to date knowledge of departmental policies, workflows, and guidelines, ensuring all training materials remain compliant and provide re-training opportunities whenever updates or gaps are identified.
Continuous Improvement and Maintenance
Closely partner with department managers and Manager, Learning and Development to identify performance gaps and develop training/re-training methods to support ongoing employee development.
Apply standardized evaluation methods and criteria to measure trainer and trainee performance and to ensure the ongoing effectiveness and relevance of training content.

Job Overview
The Clinical Support Training Specialist plays a key role in strengthening department performance and supporting organizational growth. In partnership with department leaders and People Operations, this role will identify performance gaps and design targeted training solutions that elevate knowledge, reinforce expectations, and drive operational efficiency.
The Clinical Support Training Specialist is responsible for delivering high quality training to both new and tenured team members, applying relevant instructional design principles and ensuring alignment with company branding guidelines. This role also supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of new and ongoing learning initiatives that contribute to employee success and long term development.
Target Pay Range: $32-$40/hr - Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 am -6:30 pm EST / 7:00 am -3:30 pm PST
