Health Club Attendant Fostering the health and wellbeing of our guests and visitors is an integral part of our Fairmont Hotels & Resorts culture. As a Health Club Attendant, your warm service and knowledge of all our facility has to offer will support our guests and members in their commitment to healthy living. This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting in June 2026. Starting Pay Rate: $21.30 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.00 Job Duties Include: Welcome guests to the Health Club and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience Maintain the weight and cardiovascular fitness areas ensuring equipment is clean, functioning properly and used according to the guidelines of the facility Ensure guests and members are aware of all programs and activities available Instruct guests in use of equipment and provide basic fitness information Maintain attendance records and ensure all guests have registered in the facility Previous experience in a Health Club preferred CPR and First Aid level 1 certification required Job Perks & Benefits: Subsidized staff accommodation provided Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide Hotel leisure benefits including Golf/Ski passes Visa Requirements : To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
