- Private banking / wealth management / relationship management with high-net-worth clients, or
- Business development in high-value, relationship-driven environments
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with high-net-worth individuals
- Demonstrated success in securing high-value commitments (philanthropic, financial, or strategic)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
