About the role

At Fora, data should drive every partner conversation - and this role makes that happen. As Senior Manager, Partner Insights, you'll build the reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that power our partner team's decisions and our partners' strategies. You'll own the full insights function end-to-end: building it, running it, and making it indispensable to how we operate. This role reports to Director, Travel Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain partner reporting infrastructure: dashboards, performance reports, and KPI frameworks.
  • Own QBR support - developing the data narratives that make partner business reviews strategic.
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities across the portfolio and surface them internally and to partners.
  • Power data-driven marketing by feeding insights into segmentation opportunities, campaign strategy and deal design.
  • Develop the Partner Trend Report and other external intelligence products.
  • Define the right metrics for partner success and build the systems to track them.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or data-driven account management
  • Experience translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives - you make numbers tell a story
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau, or similar) and comfort working with large datasets. Experience using AI to analyze large datasets.
  • Experience supporting partner or client-facing conversations with data - QBRs, business reviews, strategic planning
  • Comfortable owning the function independently from day one
  • Travel or hospitality industry experience a plus
