Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and client management, leading larger customers for media agencies, platforms/publishers, or consultancies
  • OR
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in sales and client management, leading larger customers for media agencies, platforms/publishers, or consultancies
  • 5+ years of experience in people management with direct reports
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Business fluency in both Japanese and English
  • 10+ years of customer-facing sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience across digital media, marketing, consulting, or MarTech.
  • Proven track record of developing, coaching, and leading high-performing teams and talent.
