Project Executive, Livestream Commerce

Responsibilities

• Shooting & Training Coordination
• Coordinate with clients to gather product lists and promotional materials.
• Prepare and manage equipment checklists and shooting logistics.
• Confirm avatar host selections and collaborate with the production team for avatar and close-up shoots.
• Support ongoing improvements to shooting setup and livestream quality (monthly basis).
• Assist in training Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems post-script approval.
• Livestream Operations
• Drafting up to 6 livestream scripts per month.
• Coordinate with the Creative team to develop basic graphic designs or visuals that support livestream content.
• Align and manage livestream schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee livestream execution including on-stream and off-stream activities.
• Maintain and update internal FAQ documentation to ensure consistent knowledge sharing.
• Reporting & Optimization
• Maintain and update daily performance reports.
• Conduct weekly reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to analyze performance data and propose optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Internship or prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus.
• Possess keen interest in running OBS Studio or TikTok Studio for livestream production
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of livestream platforms, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
• A proactive team player with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask.

We are looking for a Livestream Project Executive to support end-to-end livestream and production projects, from planning and coordination to execution and performance tracking. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage scripts, schedules, product materials, and production logistics, ensuring smooth livestream execution. The role also involves supporting creative and technical coordination, including visuals, avatar/TTS setup, and on-ground livestream operations You will also maintain performance reports and collaborate with teams to analyze results and drive continuous improvements for livestream quality and outcomes.
