Main Responsibilities
Technical Customer Management: Act as the lead technical consultant, managing all customer interactions, leading technical reviews, and ensuring proactive responses to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Strategic Growth: Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to identify technology trends and promote the deployment of Nidec's latest innovations.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Coordinate with R&D, Project Management, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to guarantee that projects meet the critical Quality, Design, and Cost (QDC) targets.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the full lifecycle of Requirements Engineering, Change Management, and Problem Resolution processes with high attention to detail.
Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain rigorous documentation, including Open Point Lists (OPL) and Minutes of Meetings (MoM), ensuring transparency and synchronization across all departments.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and work with senior management to implement decisive actions that secure Nidec's strategic objectives.
