Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment of tasks, timelines, and deliverables across business and technology teams
Track project milestones, dependencies, and action items, proactively following up to ensure timely completion
Maintain project artefacts including plans, RAID logs, and status reports to support delivery governance
Support Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure accurate tracking in tools such as Jira
Consolidate project updates and prepare regular status reporting, highlighting risks, issues, and delays
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document minutes, and drive closure of action items across teams and vendors
Coordinate resources, onboarding, and communication across cross-functional and distributed teams
Required Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management roles, preferably in financial services or insurance
Strong hands-on experience in project tracking, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong organisational, communication, and follow-through skills with attention to detail
