Responsibilities

  • Develops and nurtures key client relationships and is the primary company contact on assigned projects. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 12 years of relevant experience including 4 years experience successfully managing and delivering mega and/or super mega projects
  • Primary Focus Will Include:
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and manager of the Developer, Design Builder, CMGC, and OMC procurement activities.
  • Preparation of project reports, memorandums, presentations, reports summarizing brainstorming, and project correspondence including letters, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor Quality Control / Quality Assurance Program for Procurement Activities.
  • Participate in meetings and guide solutions driven coordination with Department, Legal Advisors, Financial Advisors, and General Engineering Consultants (GEC)
  • Coordinate with other agencies and entities as required, including Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA), MARTA, and local governments.
  • Develop Procurement/delivery methodology Recommendations
  • Prepare white papers on various topics as requested by the Department.
  • Facilitate Commercial Term Risk Management Workshops.
  • Develop and support the establishment of project guidelines and strategies for the finalization and issuance of draft and final versions of Notice of Intent to Advertise (NOIA), Industry Forum (IF) materials, Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), and associated addendums
