This position is located at USAG Poland- MWR, Recreation Centers. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: One (1) year of work experience directing one or more recreation programs. This experience must have provided the knowledge of the goals, principles, methods, and techniques of recreation programs and an understanding of the interests of individuals or groups. -OR- Possess a bachelor's degree in the program area managed: Health, Wellness and Fitness, Physical Education, Health Education, Sports Management, Intramural or Sports. If, so please upload a copy of your transcripts with your application In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1. Possess experience with standard NAF Management Information Systems (e.g., RecTrac, GPC, SNACS, FMBS, SMIRF, etc.). 2. Experience that provided the applicant the ability, knowledge and skills to plan, organize, coordinate, execute, supervise and evaluate a recreational program(s). 3. Experience with non-appropriated fund (NAF) annual operating budgets, financial statements, internal controls. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager. All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager.
