Experience that provided the applicant the ability, knowledge and skills to plan, organize, coordinate, execute, supervise and evaluate a recreational program(s). 3. Experience with non-appropriated fund (NAF) annual operating budgets, financial statements, internal controls. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager. All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager.
