About the role
As a Funding Operations Quality Analyst Intern, you will support the team in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of funding and payment operations. You'll assist with transaction audits, reconciliations, and operational monitoring while gaining hands-on experience in fintech operations.
Responsibilities
- Support in auditing completed funding requests and unallocated transactions for accuracy and compliance, working closely with senior analysts.
- Learn and assist in daily Payment Operations reconciliation and Transaction Monitoring across multiple markets (Egypt, UAE, KSA).
- Help monitor automated funding channels and operational scripts, learning how to identify and escalate anomalies to senior team members.
- Contribute to root cause analysis of agent errors and participate in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of the team.
- Assist in maintaining and updating operational data sets and documentation to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in Funding Audit checks and assist the team with QA Operations reporting.
Requirements
- Target Audience: Final year students or fresh graduates in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Experience: No professional experience required; however, a strong passion for FinTech, Banking Operations, or E-wallets is essential.
- Strong analytical mind with great attention to detail (crucial for financial operations).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Familiarity with automated operational scripts or monitoring tools.
