Job Summary SHI is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist - Commercial to support the execution of growth marketing programs aligned to the Commercial Business Unit, serving U.S. customer accounts of up to 2,000 seats. This is an execution-focused, early-career role designed for a marketer looking to build a strong foundation in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, and partner-led programs. The Growth Marketing Specialist works closely with the Associate Director of Growth Marketing Programs - Commercial and plays a critical role in ensuring programs are delivered with speed, quality, and consistency. Success in this role comes from strong program execution, high attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and the ability to learn quickly within a structured growth marketing operating model. Role Description Program Execution & Delivery Support the execution of growth marketing programs aligned to Commercial sales priorities, including integrated campaigns, partner initiatives, and account-based plays. Assist with the build-out and activation of campaign components such as emails, landing pages, webinars, events, and sales enablement materials. Own assigned tasks and workstreams within larger programs, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and requirements are met. Execute programs consistently using defined templates, guardrails, and best practices. Campaign Operations & Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (digital, field marketing, partner marketing, operations) to move programs from plan to launch. Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, flagging risks or delays early. Ensure all program components are correctly set up, tested, and ready for activation prior to launch. Sales Enablement Support Assist with the creation and preparation of sales-facing assets (program briefs, email templates, talk tracks, FAQs). Help ensure Commercial sales teams receive clear, accurate information about campaigns, timelines, and intended outcomes. Support program adoption by helping keep materials organized, accessible, and easy for sales teams to use. Reporting & Performance Tracking Support program reporting by tracking execution metrics, engagement data, and basic performance indicators. Maintain campaign trackers and reporting inputs that feed into BU-level growth marketing scorecards. Help identify early performance signals, gaps, or execution issues that may impact results. Continuous Improvement & Development Learn SHI's growth marketing framework, core technology pillars, and Commercial sales motions.
