Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or inside sales support role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and internal teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
