As a Sales and Customer Support Consultant you will serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and submissions, coordinating processes across various departments, and assisting field sales representatives. In the role: You will act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via email and phone You will take full ownership of customer requests, ensuring fast, accurate, and solution-oriented responses You will manage and support customer accounts within your assigned region You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, consistently exceeding expectations You will prepare and manage quotations, entering and maintaining data in our billing systems You will proactively inform customers about new products, services, and processes You will work closely with internal teams (logistics, laboratory, billing) to coordinate end-to-end processes smoothly You will build and strengthen long-term customer relationships in collaboration with the field sales team You will maintain and update customer data in Salesforce, ensuring high data quality What You Need to Succeed This role requires someone who can speak either fluent Spanish or French or both. You are proficient in using common Microsoft Office programs. You have completed vocational training as an office clerk or have a degree in life sciences or veterinary sciences. You possess a strong service-oriented mindset, and verbal and written communication in French or Spanish and English are among your strengths. You are motivated and enjoy working in a team. Moreover, you are not a fan of routine and love to be presented with new challenges. Your thinking and working style is characterized by both creativity and empathy, yet it is very detailed and precise. You have problem-solving and analytical skills. You can work independently and as part of a team. As this position is remote you will need a quiet office space with good internet connection at your home address.
