Coordinate and control warehouse inventory by managing the movement of goods from receiving through storage and final shipment
Oversee unloading of shipments and proper storage of materials, ensuring optimal space utilization and accurate location tracking within the warehouse system
Fulfill orders by picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments in accordance with company and customer requirements
Ensure all materials are handled, stored, and transported with appropriate care and in compliance with safety standards
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, in a safe and efficient manner
Verify inventory accuracy by reconciling physical counts with system records and making necessary adjustments
Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, reports, and inventory records within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QAD)
Performing cycle counts and monitoring inventory levels
Processing inventory adjustments and substitutions as needed
Coordinating physical inventory during scheduled shutdown periods
Preparing and analyzing monthly inventory reports
Track and report key performance metrics, including maintaining daily operational data using Excel and other reporting tools
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience within a global manufacturing environment
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP with competency in inventory
Operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks is preferred
Experience working with internal stakeholders
Associate's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with generator products and related business operatio
