We are seeking a collaborative and proactive Civil Engineering Project Manager in Petaluma, CA to manage and drive land development and infrastructure projects to successful completion. This role is designed for a proficient civil engineering professional who excels in both engineering and project management. As a Project Manager at KPFF, you will play a key role on our team and be responsible for managing projects, leading internal design teams, and interfacing with clients and project stakeholders. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people, be a self-starter and adept at problem-solving, and have a strong commitment to delivering quality work. Your responsibilities will include: Project Management of multiple site development and/or infrastructure projects. Collaborating with Project Stakeholders: Play a lead role on projects including interfacing with clients, internal and external project teams. Provide Technical Expertise and Oversight: Oversee civil engineering design and calculations, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance with industry standards, best practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Direct teams in the preparation of civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
