The expected compensation range for this position is between $33,600.00 and $49,280.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.

Provide support for effective and efficient warehouse operations.
Principal Duties
Pick stock for shipping by material and batch number using the Warehouse Management System (SAP), ensuring accuracy and checking for cosmetic defects.
Load and unload trailers and accurately count product.
Operate various types of material-handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
Receive materials from outside vendors and customer returns accurately.
Coordinate with trucking companies for pickups and delivery scheduling as needed.
Operate shipping equipment (e.g., stretch wrapper, scales, FedEx system).
Label or relabel materials as necessary.
Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts as required.
Maintain good housekeeping practices within the warehouse.
Complete all assigned LMS courses.
Adhere to all aspects of Responsible Care®.
Additional Duties
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Perform other duties and support team members as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math, including decimals and fractions.
Ability to use measuring devices and scales.
Willingness to complete training and obtain forklift certification.
