Project Manager

About the role

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects from the planning stage through implementation. You will ensure project results meet quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements. You will lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, and manage budgets and progress reporting. Your responsibilities will involve client-facing skills, making you an essential partner in delivering project outcomes that align with Fiserv's mission of meeting our clients where they are.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project planning and resourcing.
• Ensure all project results meet quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Manage budgets and progress reporting effectively.
• Execute project goals and business objectives, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of the project.
• Regularly present project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and manage issues to maintain project timelines and goals.
• Validate achievement of project objectives.
• Experience you will need to have:
• High school graduate/GED
• 2 years of experience in project management
• 3 years of client experience
• Understanding of basic project management principals and methods.
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Experience that would be great to have:
• Knowledge of Fiserv systems and/or Transaction processing knowledge.
• Proficiency in using Excel formulas and running SQL queries.
• 2 years of experience designing and running reports using Access and Power BI
• Practicing experience with JIRA, Clarity systems and Client 360
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent military experience.
• How you'll work:
• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

• Salary Range:
• $60,000.00-$88,000.00
• These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
