Drives business execution by ensuring milestones, deliverables, and financial targets are met. Remove roadblocks and align teams to support strategic initiatives. Performance Monitoring : Track KPIs, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and other accountability systems to measure initiative effectiveness Operational Oversight : Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals, including managing the CEO's time and priorities. Maintain operating rhythms such as regular business reviews, leadership meetings, and KPI tracking. Project Management : Lead and coordinate major cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives Communication & Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other executives, departments, and external stakeholders; represent the CEO in meetings and communications. Prepare briefing materials and executive presentations, ensuring clear, timely, and data ‑ driven decision support.
