Responsibilities

  • You will work across a complex matrix within the broader EMEA GTM Team, and through our Channel Ecosystem by using a strategic approach to customer engagement. Stakeholder Management will be key to the success of the role and team.

  • Your background:
  • English speaking and writing proficiency, French or Spanish as a second language
  • 7+ years experience in related field of Customer Success or Account management with 3+ years experience leading teams within inside sales/account management/customer success
  • Strong people leader with the ability to create and lead the vision for their team by developing effective sales strategies through strategic engagements with the C-suite
  • Track record of hitting revenue goals focused on MidMarket Enterprise customers through strategic engagements with the C-suite
  • 3+ years of experience with change management across a complex organization and territory

You will work in our office in Amsterdam or remotely from the Netherlands or in the UK and will report to the Global Head of Renewals Account Associates, MidMarket. You are someone who can motivate and inspire staff, and adapt easily to change. You will coach team members in their professional development, while helping evolve our market specialisation strategy in our MidMarket & Enterprise customer space. Your team will use the renewal engagement to discover usage expansion and edition upgrades, and product cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer business goals. Partnering with the sales teams to contribute to total book of business growth, your team will work as part of bigger account teams, focused on accelerating Cloud growth and long-term customer success.
