Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for maintenance mechanics, technicians, and contractors. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Mueller safety procedures and regulations. Enforce all company safety policies and regulatory compliance requirements Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses Ensure proper lockout/tagout procedures and safe work practices are followed Develop technician skills through mentoring and technical development initiatives Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to maintenance team members Facilitate effective communication between maintenance, production, engineering, and management Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and standards Verify accurate completion and documentation of work orders in the CMMS system Coordinate resources and manpower to meet maintenance priorities and production needs Participate in root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives
