Responsibilities

  • Inventory Analytics:
  • Create dashboards for inventory turns, DOH, aged inventory, slow/non-moving stock.
  • Track SLOB provisions and reconcile provision movements.
  • Perform inventory variance analysis (volume, price, mix, scrap, write-offs).
  • Ensure compliance with inventory valuation policies.
  • Opex Analytics:
  • Build monthly Opex dashboards by cost center.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and run-rate analysis.
  • Prepare variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Track cost initiatives and quantify benefits.
  • Recommend appropriate accruals and improve expense governance.
  • Management Reporting & Business Partnering:

  • Standardize reports and definitions.
  • Educational qualification: Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, economics, or a related field is mandatory. Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Cost and Management Accountants (CMA), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or equivalent is preferred.

  • Experience in preparing MIS, Sales reporting, financial performance and key financial metrics is desired
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or Controlling or Accounting functions is preferred
