We are seeking an Associate People Partner to deliver both strategic and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, supporting employee relations, HR operations, talent processes, and People Function initiatives. You will play a key role in enabling business performance by ensuring effective people practices, driving process improvements, and supporting a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities
Support execution of the People Strategy and core HR processes including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Analyze workforce data (e.g., succession planning, DEI, headcount) to identify trends and recommend improvements
Maintain and audit HR data in Workday to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity
Develop and enhance HR processes, systems, and operational workflows to improve efficiency
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and People Function initiatives to support engagement and development
Partner with leaders to address performance, conduct, and organizational challenges .

Bring a Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced or matrixed environment
Demonstrate strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
Hold or be working toward an HR certification (PHR/SPHR preferred)
Show strong analytical capability with experience interpreting workforce data and trends
Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
Manage competing priorities with strong execution discipline and attention to detail
Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.

Salary: $85,000 - 90,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
