Key Exciting Responsibilities Drive expansion and new logo acquisition by identifying customer pain points and demonstrating the high-impact value of Trimble AECO integrations. Cultivate strong, multi-level relationships across diverse customer personas to uncover new pipeline opportunities and broaden account scope. Lead prospects through the end-to-end buying journey, expertly negotiating and closing complex SaaS integration contracts. Partner with product sales executives and marketing teams to maintain comprehensive knowledge of software enhancements and construction industry trends. Design, execute, and maintain strategic long-term territory plans to consistently exceed sales targets and quota expectations. Essential Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years of proven success selling complex SaaS solutions. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas. Exceptionally high technical aptitude with proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite. Exemplary presentation, negotiation, and communication skills across all corporate levels. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada up to 50% of the time (averaging 20%). Bonus Points For: Prior sales experience specifically within the construction industry or building tech space. Experience managing hybrid portfolios combining account management and new logo development. Deep familiarity with construction workflow software integrations and APIs.
