Communication skills in English: written and verbal

You will lead Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Performance to exceed our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business. Ma in r esponsibilities :
Be responsible for the Value Stream and all aspects of manufacturing operations, safety, quality and delivery
L ead the Value Stream management cadence ( d aily/ w eekly/ m onthly) that drives S QDC for the Site .
Provide effective leadership, coaching and mentorship for the employees .
Identify and provide necessary training resources for new employees.
Lead and engage employees during kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and foster a progressive organization.
Use Lean , Six Sigma , and Continuous Improvement tools to solve problems.
Maintain daily production statistics, including customer demand, past dues, and backlog.
Education , experience and skills :
Bachelor's d egree from an accredited institution.
Minimum five years of experience as a leader in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Exposure to ETO or CTO manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and bills of materials for distribution systems.
Ability to use Lean CI tools such as 5S, Std Work, SMED, 3P, VDM, and problem solving.
