Bachelor's degree in recreational therapy, psychology, social work, healthcare, recreation administration, or a related field preferred.
At least two years of experience working with older adults in group or long-term care settings.
Excellent organizational, communication, and group facilitation skills.
Creative, flexible, energetic, and resourceful approach to resident engagement.
Sensitivity to a variety of physical, emotional, and cultural needs.
Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
