This is a sales‑focused role where you'll be responsible for both business development and candidate sourcing , building long‑term relationships with clients and connecting them with top-tier talent.

Drive new business through proactive sales, outreach, and marketing activity.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with employers.
Candidate Attraction & Selection
Create effective job adverts, network, and headhunt to source top talent.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure strong alignment with client needs.
