Meet the team:
The APAC Marketing Communications team is a newly established and fast-growing function at Dexcom. Working in close partnership with country marketing teams and global counterparts, the team is responsible for driving impactful, external engagement initiatives that helps support regional acceleration. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build and scale digital marketing capabilities across APAC, crafting compelling narratives, oversee the development of multi-channel digital campaigns assets to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will:
Drive and execute the APAC digital marketing strategy, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic input aligned to regional and global priorities
Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, combining paid, earned, shared, owned channels to maximise reach and impact.
Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve user experience, search visibility, traffic quality, and awareness.
Lead the creation of compelling content assets that resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (regionally and globally) and external agencies to produce high-quality, brand-consistent materials across various formats, ensuring consistency with brand and compliance requirements
Provide sound digital communications counsel to in-country and regional stakeholders, demonstrating practical and applied understanding of digital communications, social media, and the digital landscape. You should have the ability to incorporate these channels into execution of suitable programs with digital tools, such as paid performance, content and digital strategy.
Build and maintain dashboards for media monitoring and performance tracking across platforms (e.g., social media, websites, paid campaigns, and other digital touchpoints)
Consolidate multi-market and multi-channel data into clear, actionable reporting frameworks for regional and global stakeholders
Manage and oversee external agencies (media, creative, digital), ensuring strong delivery, performance tracking, and continuous optimization

You have:
Strong hands-on expertise across core digital marketing channels, including CMS-based website management, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid media execution from set-up, execution, management, optimisations, and reporting
Proven ability to create and manage dashboards for digital performance and media monitoring, translating data into clear insights and actions
High level of analytical capability, with experience consolidating complex, multi-market data across platforms into meaningful recommendations
Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools and understanding of third-party social media management platforms.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to combine executional depth with strategic perspective
Writing skills with demonstrated ability to write copy and package content suited for respective platforms.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns, from planning through optimization
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across APAC markets and global teams
Experience working with and managing agencies to deliver high-quality, scalable digital outputs
Strong project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Background in digital marketing within an in-house or agency setting; experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries is advantageous
