Assemble motors and components using work instructions, drawings, and specifications
Perform basic mechanical and electrical testing to ensure products meet specifications
Operate manufacturing equipment, including winding machines, test stations, and spray systems
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and bill of materials to complete assembly tasks
Complete and follow required documentation and instructions
Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Handle materials properly to prevent damage or contamination
Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
Collaborate with team members and support workflow throughout production areas
Required Skills and Qualifications
Completion of a High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions
Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
Good written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Familiarity with motor assembly or electromechanical products
Experience operating production or testing equipment
Work Type: Onsite: This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.
