Regular international travel to attend industry events, meet with top level clients and participate in regular discussions on key market trends such as the impact of technology, expansion plans, macro and micro-economic impacts; include guidance and opinions on risks and opportunities.
Strategic development of research direction driven by customer/market need in support of both syndicated subscription and consult business.
Partner with the sales and product development teams to generate new leads, progress existing leads, and support renewals; use scoping to continually evolve the research offering.
