Our requirements:
Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level, enabling confident and professional customer interactions
Strong customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service
Solid IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in MS Office, supporting efficient and accurate daily work
