[Bosch HcP - Internship] Quality Management System & Method Intern

About the role

Assist in the digitalization and organization of quality management documentation and records Bosch central directive. Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and systems for QMS - HcP Process Compass. Support to organize QMM event (team building, 8/3, 20/10, teacher day, ...). Support to follow up Q-method topics (internal and external audit, BBM/PS Process Compass Changes, QMS KPI update, 14Q,...). Support for organizing workshop of projects (Q-mindset, Preventive Quality, PSD,...). Last year student major in Industrial Management/Quality management/Economy, or a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions. Good at reading, writing and communication in English Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Presentation, PowerBI). Good design skill/video making and familiarity with digital solutions in documentation are a plus.
