Requirements

• Able to read and understand architectural plans, shop drawings, and structural layouts accurately.
• Capability to work outdoors, stand for prolonged periods, and lift heavy loads.
• Proficient in the safe operation of a wide range of hand tools and power equipment used in carpentry and fabrication work.

💰Pay: $3k to $5k (based on experience) 📍Location: Apex @ Henderson ⏰Working Hours: 10am-6pm (Monday-Friday) 🌟Employee Benefits (ALs, Sick leave, Medical Claims, AWS & Variable Bonuses provided) Job Scope Carry out carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks to support operational requirements. Fabricate and assemble custom furniture, fixtures, fittings, and installations according to technical drawings and project specifications. Accurately measure, cut, shape, and finish timber and other construction materials for production and installation. Build and install structural frameworks, including partitions, flooring systems, and door frames. Conduct inspections of existing structures and carry out repairs or replacements of damaged components as necessary. Maintain and oversee the proper use, storage, and inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment.
