Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resources required and deliverables.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Monitors progress against established goals and take corrective action when necessary.
• Identifies potential risks associated with each project and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
• Establishes effective communication channels between stakeholders at all levels of the Organisation.
• Ensures compliance with organisational policies related to projects.
• Tracks progress using appropriate tools such as Gants charts or other software applications.
• Provides regular status updates to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to each project.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as IT, finance or operations departments in order to ensure successful completion of tasks.

Senior Manager - Project Management The Senior Manager - Project Management is responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects across the Organisation. This role will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for providing guidance to project teams in order to meet objectives, as well as ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the life cycle of each project.
