Independently manage and monitor end-to-end logistics operations
Handle complex exceptions and ensure timely resolution
Act as a key contact point to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Ensure service performance meets KPIs and customer expectations
Contribute to process optimization and operational improvements
Support junior team members and share best practices
Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in logistics / supply chain / operations
Experience in sea freight / air freight / 3PL / supply chain is a strong plus
Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
Experience in process improvement or data analysis is a plus
