You will work closely with Legal, Talent Success, Total Rewards, and other People & Culture Communities of Expertise to implement effective solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This hybrid role is based at our Waltham, MA headquarters Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on other days. Role Summary: Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into actionable people plans, and coach managers on performance, development, and workforce transformations Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Success, Total Rewards, Culture & Belonging, and other People & Culture Communities of Expertise to deliver programs across compensation, performance cycles, talent reviews, and talent acquisition Navigate and resolve employee relations matters with sound judgment, ensuring alignment with policies, applicable laws, and company values while promoting effective change management Proactively connect with other HR Business Partners and serve as a key member of the Global HRBP Team contributing to strategic and operational discussions.
