Role & Responsibilities: Develop and implement health pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable pricing of health products. Conduct thorough actuarial analysis and modeling to support pricing decisions. Collaborate with H&P and product solution teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives. Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Continuously improve pricing models and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency, including providing mentorship and guidance to junior actuaries. Manage the approval process for product launches, including obtaining necessary approvals from OIC and GPAC. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. ASA or continues professional education through taking and passing actuarial exams is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in health insurance pricing or related actuarial field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in actuarial software and tools (e.g., SQL, Prophet, Excel, AI). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of health insurance regulations and market dynamics.
