Medi-Market is hiring a Store Replenishment Planner Role & Responsibilities Lead and execute the store replenishment planning process for a retail parapharmacy company with approximately 12,000 SKUs across 100+ stores, ensuring accurate and actionable store replenishment planning within the instructed inventory thresholds to ensure product availability at the points of sales. The role requires strong cross-functional alignment to ensure commercial plans are fully reflected in operational and robust replenishment strategies. Main duties Store Inventory parameters management : Define and update the store inventory parameters in accordance with the Inventory Planner to reflect the inventory strategy Generate the replenishment plan: Based on expected demand and inventory parameters, generate a replenishment plan that will respect the demand Store orders tracking : Track the replenishment orders generated by our tool and adjust quantities when necessary . Plan adherence and review : Track the plan adherence and review/adapt if demand or strategy has shifted . KPI tracking : Track Service Level, product availability and Out-Of-Stock percentage . Main Competencies Skills: Statistical forecasting methods, E2E Supply Chain Planning education and understanding , Advanced Excel proficiency , Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Relex , Anaplan, or similar) , Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proven ability to control their supply chain segment and bring the correct information to the team Team player with ability to autonomously act on their corresponding tasks Profile Education: Bachelor's in Supply Chain , Business, or related field; Master's or certification (e.g., APICS, IBF) preferred. Fluency in French and english Experience: 3 + years in replenishment/supply planning or supply chain roles, ideally in retail/FMCG.
