ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Answering general office telephones, provide customer service and office support Accounts Receivable: create invoices, send them to customers and occasionally receive and post payments Accounts Payable: create purchase orders, match deliveries to PO, receive POs, match invoices to POs; invoice entry; vendor file maintenance Payroll: employee file maintenance, process employee time records, submit payroll files accurately and on time. Data Entry: assist other departments as needed Must be organized with storage and maintenance of all financial records Ensuring that all accounting and operational accounting functions are being performed in the most effective and efficient fashion, while conforming to the Standard Operating Procedures of the Company. Assisting in the processes which ensure accurate, timely financial statements for the location. Monitor receivables while proactively reducing outstanding collectibles. Working with various departments to meet reporting needs. Providing audit support for all financial and operational activities. Monitor the administration of appropriate controls Assist other departments and perform other duties as assigned. Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training. Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management. Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies. Complete other duties assigned by management. Available to work part time days (between 10-15 hours weekly; seasonally (spring/summer/fall)
