Support daily manufacturing activities within a GMP cleanroom environment.
Prepare, transport, and verify materials required for production processes.
Perform cleanroom support activities, including cleaning, area preparation, and material handling.
Conduct routine checks to ensure production areas and equipment are ready for manufacturing operations.
Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and quality procedures accurately and consistently.
Work closely with Manufacturing teams and supporting departments to maintain efficient production schedules.
Identify, report, and support the resolution of process deviations or operational issues.
Requirements
MBO qualification or equivalent practical education in a technical, logistics, production, or scientific field.
Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, cleanroom operations, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another regulated environment is advantageous.
A hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow established procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Motivation to learn new skills and develop a career within GMP manufacturing.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in the Netherlands is expected to range between EUR 32,250 and EUR 45,150. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
