Define and manage gateway product offerings, including standardized configurations and scalable product tiers
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with operational scalability and service delivery objectives
Establish and oversee acceptance criteria, testing standards, and validation processes for gateway deployments
Build and implement automated testing and validation workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
Own and maintain standardized configurations to ensure compatibility across diverse deployment environments
Ensure gateway solutions align with overall network architecture and integration requirements
Define deployment procedures, upgrade paths, and lifecycle management processes
Enable operational teams with clear guidance for deployment, maintenance, and support
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and delivery teams to ensure product readiness
Drive continuous improvement in product design, scalability, and operational performance
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
Master's degree in Engineering Management or an advanced technical discipline preferred
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, wireless networks, or similar technical domains
At least 5+ years managing highly technical teams or product-focused engineering organizations
Experience managing product lifecycles for complex hardware/software systems
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and system integration principles
Experience developing standardized, scalable product offerings in technical environments
Familiarity with acceptance testing, automation, and deployment strategies
Proven ability to drive productization of previously customized solutions
